Collect QR Code isn't your average QR code. It goes a step further and automatically saves the contact information of everyone who scans your QR code, so you can colleqt every lead.

Step 1

  • Login to your Exhibitor Profile in the Exhibitor Hub and upload the documents you want to share with visitors.

Step 2

  • At the show, you will receive a printed tent card with your custom QR code. Make sure you display it prominently for easy access to visitors.

Maximize engagement at your stand. Make sure to ask visitors to scan to interact with anything on your booth.

Where should I display my Colleqt QR Codes printed graphic?

On the first day of the exhibition, you'll get a printed graphic with your unique Colleqt QR Code. Make sure to display it prominently for maximum attendee visibility. This is crucial during peak times at your booth to capture all potential leads.

How do I know when a new Colleqt QR Codes lead has appeared?

Colleqt QR Codes don't notify you of new leads, but you can check them through:

  • Lead Manager App: See the "Leads" tab. If leads are missing, check your internet and refresh the page.
  • Leads Report: Find them in the leads report via RX Exhibitor Hub.
  • Exhibitor Dashboard: Download and analyse your leads by source (e.g. Lead Manager App or Colleqt QR Codes).

How do I distinguish Colleqt QR Codes leads and Lead Manager App leads?

All leads have a descriptive field called “Source” which indicates the source of the lead. 

I have multiple PDFs in my exhibitor profile, but visitors scanning my Colleqt QR Code get the wrong one. How can we update it?

The newest PDF uploaded to your exhibitor profile will be displayed to visitors. To link to the correct document, please re-upload it through the Exhibitor Hub.

The wrong email address is shown to the visitors. How can we change it? 

If you have set up “Contact email” in your exhibitor profile, that will be shown.  If you have not set up a “Contact email”, the email address of the “Primary Administrator” will be shown.

Where can I see all the leads?

You can see the Colleqt QR Code leads in the Lead Manager App; you will receive an end-of-day email with the list of contacts; an end-of-show email with the full list of contacts gathered; and you are also able to export the database along with the Lead Manager App leads directly from the exhibitor portal.
